Binary Domain

I went into Binary Domain expecting it to not hold my interest for more than a few chapters. The first 30 minuets of the game I saw was enough to get me to try it through gamefly but with a little caution. The pedigree did give some hope being that the creator of Yakuza was heading project. What I can say about the so far is that it defiantly wants to tell a deep story and the two characters are not representative of the attitude of the game, they are more caricatures of first person shooters that popular now a days. The rest a more serious not that the first two (Dan and Big Bo) aren't at the appropriate times. The plot revolves around an incident with a robot that thought it was human and assaulted a big corporation involved in making robots. These robots are called hollow children and it is believed that the Japanese rival to the American company is behind this. What I can say about the game so far is that the plot has been able to keep going so far and the combat is interesting enough that I want to see through to the end.
